We loved this hotel. The pool was amazing!!! Alejo was the best always helpful! We loved him!! Also the two best employees in the front Augustina and Sergio Alvarenga went above and beyond to help us. We would come back just to see these three. They were the best!

Exceptional hotel in Palermo area. Friendly and professional staff. Modern and beautiful room with a breath taking panoramic window. Wonderful breakfast. Safe and nice walkable area. I just love it!!!!

Very comfortable place to stay, excellent restaurant too. My room was superb… spacious, nicely laid out, great bed. Upon returning to the hotel after a full day, found they had brought up a very tasty cheese and snacks board. Spa and exercise room is first rate too.

Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants around including local tango schools. The room are nicely don and very comfortable. They key 5 star difference is all about service. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one provided the best service ever from arranging airport and ferry transfers, reservations, tickets to local events, wake up calls and preparing to go breakfasts when we left before breakfast was served. People at other hotels should stay here to find out how to better...

Still at ILUM as I write this review. It's been an amazing stay, filled with courteous & thoughtful service all the way from the front desk, to room staff, to breakfast coordinator, to general manager's personalized attention. The hotel has modern conveniences, super clean, spacious. The decor is modern elegant. We will definitely return!! On a pleasant quiet side street but just a few blocks away from Santa Fe street made our stay very pleasant the staff was courteous and helpful. And being small we didn’t have to waste time walking thru large lobbies. With only a few rooms per floor there were no long hallways.

Hotel is a high level business-oriented facility. Many of the guests appeared to be professionals visiting Argentina on business. Large number of airline crew present as well. Check-in was smooth, though for persons arriving on early flights, getting to your room might be a problem. I was upgraded for a moderate rate and got a room on the executive floor right away.
