We loved the rooftop bar, pool and views. The breakfast was confusing. We just wanted a continental breakfast but somehow wound up being set up for the buffet ,which was just average. Probably was due to language barriers but we didn't really understand the process. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my 4 nights stay at Hotel De Provence. This hotel is a block from Rue D'Antibes (main shopping center) and maybe two blocks from the beach. Near to restaurants and everything Cannes has to offer. Jean was gracious, and helpful with directions to the nearest attractions. Slavica was also attentive and both speak good english. We stayed at the Five Seas for one night of a 10 day trip through France. We were very well taken care of at reception and the room was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again

From the moment we arrived, Pierre welcomed us like old friends. He made us a cup of coffee and held our bags until our room became available. We toured a bit and upon return our bags were in our room. The room was well styled, comfortable, dark and quiet. His daughter gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and transportation. It is a gem of a hotel.

The hotel has been entirely renovated, great location, excellent breakfast buffet. The ladies working the omelet bar were awesome, very attentive and efficient. Eric at the front desk was so helpful with our travel plans, the only downside was the air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open all night.

A truly fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Traveling as a solo female I felt safe and loved the beautiful decorations in the room, which was also quite large! Very walkable to everything including public transport, the beach, and old town. Would absolutely recommend it and stay again, thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our room was large, very clean, and comfortable. The person at the reception was very helpful in showing us where we could park. We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was quiet, at least until the early morning when the trash truck came. We enjoyed the location. I highly recommend this hotel.

Of all the hotels on a 10-day Euro holiday, my friends and I were most impressed with Hotel Le Cavendish. The hotel has the perfect location for exploring Cannes as it’s a bit off the water yet still a 10 minute walk to the Le Suquet (Old Town), La Croisette, and beaches. Exquisite hotel! Service was impeccable. The two restaurants and the bar were beyond exceptional. This hotel is simply top notch. From its history, to all its ornamental architecture, to all of its artwork, we simply did not want to leave. Fascinating stay. Well trained staff who exceeds every expectation.
