These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

Very satisfied stay

Very nice hotel, clean, no nonsense, and extremely quick reply. The bed was super comfortable and everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend!

We used this hotel as a stop over whilst flying in and then out of the airport the next day. 10 minutes from the airport. Clean, comfy beds and a nice shower. Couldn’t of asked for more. No breakfast but we didn’t need it as we were catching an early flight out

Great views. If you don't have your own transportation, you're a bit isolated here. But that's part of the draw. It's about an hour's drive from the city, and it's generally quiet and has fantastic scenery. On weekends, it gets a little busy with day visitors who come for the sunset and enjoy a meal in the restaurant.

Good stay. Very convenient to all eateries restaurants and supermarket. Easy to use Grab or pickups. Many places are open 24/7

Pick up from airport makes seamless arrival. English is good enough for business. Restaurants on premises and minimart. Nothing to visit in the neighborhood. If you join the (free) club they’ll drive you places nearby and arrange tours at discount. Helpful and friendly staff.

Need to improve on the cleanliness of the kitchen. Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart. The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. It is a clean tidy place with very attentive staff. The food was good and the rooms were comfortable. We used it as a base for our two week stay in Sabah and really enjoyed our stay there. The drive up and down the hill is interesting. It is a windy road and you have to watch out for the local water buffalo's (which are nowhere near as aggressive as the ones in Australia). Awesome location to enjoy the Saturday & Sunday Gaya Market. Comfortable with basic facilities. Highly recommend if you're planning to explore the nearby area.

Great value room, very nicely laid out and modern. Only niggle was that the previous guest had smoked in the bathroom and the one evening I stayed, I could smell cigarettes in the corridor from another room. Not much the staff can do about idiots breaking the rules without knocking on every door, so not a fault of the hotel. Also, I stayed only one night so its probably not the norm. I would definitely recommend!
