Ted Waltz is an excellent communicator and the property is immaculate and the perfect location for dining out, beach, pool and shopping. "

The house was very clean and all the appliances were in good condition. No Problems!--that's what we like!The condo has direct and quick access to the beach. The beach is beautiful and clearly visible from inside the house. "
