Complete relaxation in a beautiful setting. The villas are comfortable and quite big. The open air concept gives you that feeling of being in nature, but in a private setting. The entire grounds give way to a stress-free experience. The staff are helpful and courteous; they went over and above to tend to our needs. They were able to find my wedding ring that slipped off my finger unbeknownst to me. Then they arranged a driver to bring it to my hotel in Kuala Lumpur! Awesome service and...

It was fabulous...very quiet and relaxing. The spa experience was awesome.

Checked in late in the evening and stayed for a night, staff were friendly. The corridors are quite echo-ey. Room was great, clean and comfy. The furnitures seemed new. Free bottled water and 3-in-1 coffee packets. There's shampoo, body shampoo, shower cap. TV worked pretty well but I prefer to watch on my iPad. Check out was a breeze.

Room is clean and friendly staff. There are plenty of parking indoor for the hotel. Breakfast is great and depending on the booking if including or required to pay separately

Stayed in the family and friends suite. Biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Family loved it. Very convenient water dispenser. Hot, cold and warm water. Roomy bathroom with tub and shower. Close enough to Ipoh center. Far enough to be quiet and peaceful.

My window didnt have a seal so the nosie would get through with no issue I ended up putting toilet paper as a insulation seal. And showered arent leaved enough to drain fasten for my preference. Everything else was perfect two very small issues.

The room was very clean and nice. Got lots of stores surrounding, very convenient. Night time was nice and quiet too. Recommend.

An absolutely amazing place. From the ultraspacious room to the extraordinary bathroom to a private pool overlooking the ocean. Beautiful decor and stylish everything. Couldn't have been better. Just wish i was there for longer.

I was impress with the friendliness of staff and speed of check in. Overall experience was satisfied and wonderful. I would like to compliment the front liner Hema and Yanti for being helpful all time.There was one kind of stink smell when the air conditional was turned off, reported to the front desk, even they unable to find out the problem, but they took effort to reduce the smell. The shower hose was broken and there was a hole on top of the shower place. Maintenance came over to check and...

Good location to walk round and exploring the museums, food, Ipoh historic culture in the Concubine areas. It's new and clean with friendly stuffs. Plus, the price is very reasonable. Drop off/Pickup is a little bit inconvenient due to the entrance at the curve corner with short stop. I would like to stay in this hotel again when I visit Ipoh again.

Good location. Hard to walk in Ipoh with uneven sidewalks. Just take a Grab for 5-6 ringgits. The gym is ok but VERY hot and stuffy with no AC and no fan. Gym is essential useless. Better to take the weights out to the hallway to work out. Also the pool is closed except if you stay in the suites. Locked all the time. So NO real pool.
