"Air Conditioning was great, staff were very friendly, bug free, clean. Looks like pictures. Very loud due to the Jeepnys. Its a very convenient location, 7/11 literally in the same property. Just be aware, its downtown Ermita, you will see lots of poverty, smell lots of smells, be asked for change or food a lot. But thats how it is there, not the hotels fault, very convenient location. I felt safe walking down the street but im a 26 y.o male pretty large stature, I personally wouldnt want any...

"Always my choice of stay whenever i visit Manila. Great location with the Casino across the street and the mall just within walking distance. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Been going there for years now and not looking to change. "
