"We booked this room as we had stayed many years ago and it was super lfun and full of life. It is advertised as there being a resturaunt, there is not, a bar, there is not. We payed $170 per night to enjoy those amenties thinking everything we needed was in one place. The place was a ghostown, the common area was very dingy and old looking with a moldy smell. Ceiling tiles missing, carpets mismatched etc. The room was by the pool and was quite discusting. Beds were hard, no top sheet on one of...

"This is our 3rd year staying at the camp and as usual it did not disappoint. Heidi keeps it well maintained, clean and everything was in working order. There's a gorgeous large new back deck that will be perfect for the summer time. We love all the knotty pine throughout the inside. This is our 'go to' place as it's close to family. "The house was very clean and views of the lake were beautiful. However, there was only a washer and no dryer. The shower head was awful which caused half of the body to freeze while showering. The bed in the master bedroom is beyond awful. The mattress is sinking in the middle and the bed creaks with the slightest of movement. When i tried to blowdry my hair, the smoke alarm went off. I would not stay here again!!!"

"My partner and I stayed here while in town to hike Katahdin. The house was incredibly clean, thoughtfully stocked, spacious, and well-labeled. We were super comfortable and the distance to Baxter State Park is very reasonable (40 min to the southern gate). Would certainly stay again. Cali was so helpful and responsive. Thanks so much!"
