"I walked in to Reseption and smell hit me . Walking to room the hallway smelt . In the Room the carpet crunched in every step .. I turned and left . Spoke to reception told them I’ve just drove 4 hours .and I can not stay hotel as it was as described & am leaving to drive back another 4 hours to Kraków . They agreed their would be no charge and I left ..so I paid for a hired car I didn’t need and a full tank Petrol .."

"The single rooms are in the old part of the building which is a different experience from the new. Still a comfortable stay and good value. "

"Bristol Tradition and Luxury was a wonderful hotel. Hotel grounds were well maintained and clean, great location right in the main square, restaurants & bars were enjoyable. Additionally, all staff were helpful, friendly, and most professional. We look forward to staying at this hotel when we visit Rzeszów again!"

"The curtains were too thin for the season, woke up earlier than i wanted as the llight flooded the room, no blinds on windows. The rooms were so cold as it was raining and colder than usual yet no extra bedding or heating options available, was miserably cold. Staff didn't stay at the reception making it difficult as calling attracted international charges. The placebis well kept and located at the city center making it convenient. Perfect for short stays"
