We loved our stay, but the beds were not so comfortable, quite hard, I had to exchange my pillow too as on first night couldn’t sleep on it, but it was not a problem for the staff and got one straight away. We didn’t have a kettle in our room, but when asked for one, it was delivered. Rooms have no fridge. Had to wait long time for hot water in a shower, if you require a room to be cleaned, you have to tell the staff in the morning. Some bathrooms didn’t have any shelves at all to put your toiletries, but you could see they were recently renovated, clean and spacious. I was surprised there was nowhere to walk from the hotel. It was hard to cross the road with a pushchair as it was with no footpath and on a bend with a reduced visibility. There was a nice shop across the road. Central location for Bieszczady. Hotels SPA was great. Food at breakfast was delicious, very good choice. We’ve had a very good meal at their restaurant too. Staff nice and friendly.

I walked in to Reseption and smell hit me . Walking to room the hallway smelt . In the Room the carpet crunched in every step .. I turned and left . Spoke to reception told them I’ve just drove 4 hours .and I can not stay hotel as it was as described & am leaving to drive back another 4 hours to Kraków . They agreed their would be no charge and I left ..so I paid for a hired car I didn’t need and a full tank Petrol ..

Hotel, no cóż ma już swoje lata, byłem po za sezonem, więc nie było tłoku w saunie, na basenie, ale wszystko raczej w wersji mini, więc gdyż jest duże obłożenie, to ..., Obsługa hotelu miła i pomocna, śniadania bardzo dobre, restauracja godna polecenia..., warto coś zjeść.

Gorąco polecam pobyt we dwoje jak i wypoczynek z rodziną w hotelu Karino. Posiłki pyszne a obsługa bardzo miła. Żałuję że nie mam więcej urlopu i nie mogę jeszcze raz skorzystać z gościnności w tym hotelu.

Mogłoby być lepiej

duży bałagan przy meldowaniu, zostaliśmy zameldowani w pokoju który nie był posprzątany, gdybym się nie upomniała to spalibyśmy w nieogarniętym pokoju, w ramach rekompensaty dostaliśmy kawę i czekaliśmy 45 minut aż pokój będzie gotowy. Wystrój hotelu jest przestarzały a rysunki na ścianie straszne, zwłaszcza postacie ludzi, nie wiem kto im to malował ale powinien oddać za to właścicielom pieniądze. Posiłki też mogły być lepsze, zwłaszcza śniadania bo jak się przychodziło po godzinie 9 to już za dużego wyboru nie było po obsługa już nic nie dokładała. Jeżeli planuje się chodzić po górach to wszędzie jest dosyć daleko więc nie polecam. Blisko do Soliny i Polańczyka. Na plus basen i jacuzzi i rozsądnie szybki internet

Hotel położony w bliskiej odległości od Polańczyka. Dobrze wyposażony i z bardzo miłą obsługą. Posiada Spa i stadninę konną z możliwością nauki jazdy na koniach oraz mini zoo dla dzieci. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre. Bezpieczny parking samochodowy.

Modern hotel with interesting decor

Central location for discovering the area. Still quite a drive if heading for the Bieszczady mountains. New hotel, excellent pool and sauna, but need to pay extra for the sauna if you want it switched on before 5 p.m. The murals in the dinning room and lobby were not to our taste, but in general a pleasant hotel.
