"People at service and kindness are trade mark of this hotel. Everything was great"

"All great."

"Excellent location, very friendly staff, and stylish accommodation. Restaurant with top chef, cigar bar downstairs, walking distance to old town with all the activities"

"Staff were very helpful and courteous - but it was disappointing that I had to request that my room was cleaned each morning - something I was not informed of on arrival and as a consequence meant that my room was not cleaned on my first morning. As I was arriving by train from Warsaw, this was an important consideration - and one that Expedia should have highlighted. Breakfast good - Wi-Fi excellent."

"Breakfast was great. But the room was quite old not acc to the current standards."

"Clean room. Staff friendly"
