This hotel offers a clean and modern stay with comfortable beds in its spacious rooms. The underground garage provides convenient parking, and the breakfast buffet is an amazing experience with an unlimited variety of options.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was modern, clean and the staffs were welcoming and professional. We especially liked that drinking water was available on our floor. Our room was very clean. Thank you….

beautiful hotel, huge rooms with cavernous ceilings, great location

Really good in general, free airport shuttle, they helped me with money exchange, printing documents, luggage storage. Breakfast is excellent!

This is a great hotel located in an old industrial building that has been beautifully renovated. It's modern, with fantastic design, many great amenities, very helpful staff and located next door to a big shopping mall with numerous restaurants, modern art museum, movie theater and other entertainment options.

As always, it was excellent. I don't usually get breakfast but today I did and of course it was excellent. Many choices and very fresh.

World class hotel in a world class, clean, safe city!

The staff were extremely friendly, interior updated and cool vibe. This was a great hotel being from overseas to hangout and enjoy the seven floor bar. The restaurant had great food and the morning breakfast was divine. Housekeeping was great and worked around my schedule. The location is fantastic!

Excellent as always. My preferred hotel to stay when in Krakow.

Awesome hotel, super clean, nice decor and staff. Highly recommend it.

An elegant hotel in a perfect location. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Great food options at the hotel and within easy distance. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel. It feels royal! Thank you Altus team!

Great new hotel a stones throw from the main square and the main railway station. Nice sized rooms and comfortable beds. There’s a little bar in the lobby and decent breakfast. For a 3.5 star hotel it definitely punches above its weight.

Beautiful classic hotel within the Old Town walls - Old wall ramparts right across the street. Excellent kind staff. Great comfortable room. Convenient walk from train station. Five minute walk to main square.

This place was delightful. All staff was friendly and helpful; they truly seemed to enjoy their job. Food great, bar great and rooms were arranged very nicely for travelers. Perfect location!

Excellent location for me - near office and town square. Lovely resorted hotel in historic building. Rooms are very modern and they offer a transportable cell phone to use while in the city - very helpful and handy. Two minor recommendations - update the bath towels; they’re old, scratchy and have some pretty thin spots. Second, back off on the room/linen scented freshener. Too overpowering for me. Otherwise was a lovely hotel and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
