Hotels with smoking rooms in Preah Sihanouk from AED 138

"We arrived and we're immediately led to our "beachside room" (spoiler: it wasn't beachside, but it was okay). The room was dirty and poorly lit, but we figured it was the standard for this area.

"Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful beach view, great complimentary breakfast"
