"It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and not strong enough to do much with. The location is good.
Not a lot of parking either, pool is available for 1 euro per room. "

"Everything about the panoraMic Mountain Residence is amazing from the property itself, including the wellness area (sauna and hot tub); to the location next to the mountain; to the hospitality of the hosts from check-in, throughout the stay, and check-out. I highly recommend during the two-hour wellness session to relax and unwind, especially with the view of the stars outside while in the hot tub. "The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable rooms and a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist. Its location was perfect for exploring Poprad and accessing the High Tatras. Breakfast was great, and I especially appreciated the sausages. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Poprad!"

"We got an apartment to be able to go to ski to many close by parks. It was very convenient and fully equipped. The 2 people at front desk we SUPER FRIENDLY and helpful.
A superb customer service. Would certainly stay there again"

"Good sized apartment, very comfortable, clean, and in convenient location. Lots of storage space. Was worried about the noise as it’s right by the train track, but hardly anything could be heard through the closed windows. Restaurant within the hotel passable but not somewhere we’d return. "
