"we had a room with full garbage bins upon arrival, a bat in the room, twice not really warm dinner, a lousy breakfast, jaccuzzi with bandaids swimming in it, uncomfortable beds, broken backsplash in kitchen, no housekeeping apart from fresh towels.... NOT what we were hoping for. "

"Location was ok, check- in little confused as it was in the different building Room clean , spacious but access would be a challenge if my 77 year old mom decide to come . 21 steps to access our room without elevator, this property would not pass Canadian standards for handicapped people.
