This hotel was perfect for what we wanted - a clean room in a safe location very close to Krupowki Street. Hotel staff was courteous and spoke English, so checking in was simple. Our room had double balcony and was tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was included with our stay. 2 mins away from the hotel was a store with alcohol, snacks and some basic supplies (toothpaste, shampoo, etc). Next to the hotel was also a park that could be crossed to get to the town. Krupowki was within 10 minutes walking distance. All in all, I really recommend this hotel for a stay in Zakopane.

Staff were all friendly and helpful, English communication was okay, but flyers and signs are all in Polish only. Our room was not in the main building at first, it’s in a 2-story yellow house. No elevator. The toilet was leaking in our room so we then moved to the main building where the room conditions were better and normally functioned. Location is great, not far from the main train and bus station and not far from the main street. You can definitely enjoy the convenience and at the same time stay in a quiet place. It’s not a fancy hotel at all but it’s budget, functional and convenient for rooms in the main building.

A good base for a short time in Zakopane. Reception staff commanded a competent level of spoken English and were helpful with directions and keeping my bags in a safe room. Location a few mins walk to Krupowki street. Single room of adequate size, with a flat tv and comfy bed. Old and worn furniture in the room. Kettle included but no tea/coffee amenities. No fridge. Small wardrobe. Small but clean bathroom. Some issues with water coming out. I think after flushing the toilet I had to wait for it to fill up for water to come out of the sink. Complimentary breakfast buffet with a reasonable spread of items. Excellent machine coffee. Lunch is available but no dinner. Overall, a good 2* budget option.

Bon hôtel dans le centre

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de la gare, des rues principales. C'était calme et bien chauffé. Par contre la chambre a besoin d'un rafraîchissement. La fenêtre n'est pas complètement étanche, le robinet dans la salle de bain fuit et la douche est très glissante car le savon fuit. Il serait bien également d'avoir des sachets de thé et café. J'ai aussi été déçue de ne pas pouvoir faire de massages, car même si on m'a envoyé plein d'offre, il n'y avait pas de masseuse. Le personnel est très sympathique, le petit déjeuner très bon et il y a des réductions pour les bains de chocholowski. Plutôt contente même si le prix est trop élevé par rapport à la prestation.

Teljesen korrekt, tiszta szoba. A reggeli nagyon fikom és választékos volt. Az ágy nagyon kenyelmes. Erős wifi. Semmi rosszat nem tudok mondani ahhoz képest, hogy kétcsillagos. Mindenhez közel van! Ajánlom egyszerű igenyű embereknek, mert nem luxus hotel.

Отличное обслуживание, вкуснейшая еда, администратор Татьяна оказала нам помощь в организации отдыха, во всем помогала, и даже директор пансионата принимал личное участие. На территории есть массажный кабинет (массажная кровать - просто блеск!), сауна и даже бильярд, жаль мы не успели сыграть. Мы очень довольны, всем рекомендуем, если выбираете бюджетный отдых.

On arrival we had a bit of issue with finding my booking . The lady at the counter was extremely helpful and polite while assisting me . I was given a room in a mansion building which had a great ambiance to it , my room had a view of the mountains . Bigger building definitely has a retro throwback feel to it with its own charm . Location is amazing, between the station and the main pedestrian street . Everything was perfect !

Pensjonat dla górskich turystów

Pensjonat, mimo iz powstał wg standardów rodem z głebokiego PRL, wciaż dobrze sobie radzi na rynku. Moim zdaniem mają na to wpływ: smaczne i dobrze serwowane śniadania w formie bufetu ( już od 7:30) i możliwość skorzystania z obiadokolacji, świetna lokalizacja dla osób które chcą szybko przemieścić się na górskie szlaki lub do miejskich atrakcji, elastyczny i niewygórowane ceny pobytu (w tym różne promocje i pakiety), dobry marketing (np. powitalne i pożegnalne sms-y, własne mapki miasta i Tatr). Personel był miły i dyskretny. Panie uwijały się przy śniadaniu tak, że nigdy niczego nie zabrakło. Na dziedzińcu można zorganizować imprezę towarzyską. Mankamenty: brak wind, raczej małe pokoje, dość wąskie łózka oraz brak klimatyzacji, co w aspekcie lokalizacji pensjonatu przy jednej z najruchliwszych ulic w mieście- dla osób stroniących od całodobowego hałasu motoryzacyjnego lub nie znoszących zatyczek do uszu, będzie miało na pewno znaczenie.
