"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 8AM, I submitted 3 bags of laundry and asked for Express Service so my clothes would be retained at the end of the day. When I returned to the hotel, at about 11PM, I was told that my laundry was not returned and was told they would expedite my laundry the next day and should arrive at 11AM. "Great location if you intend to visit the Vally of the Temples! We had a wonderful guide,Nicoletta, and it made the visit much more fun and pleasant. Only a few rooms actually have the view of the Valley of the temple, so if you are intent on getting one of those rooms, directly communicate with the hotel to make sure you won't be disappointed upon arrival. Staff was attentive, courteous and professional. Rooms clean with great A/C, especially great during the major heat wave experienced."

"The MClub at Cala Regina is at a great location, right on the water. Big property with pool and activities for kids. But the food is truly terrible. I have never been to prison, though I imagine it is the same food they serve at Cala Regina. "All inclusive" is a curse when you can't eat the food."
