"Overall good. Our room 102 was nice, but had no hooks and awkward space. Towels were crammed onto the side of the sink, as there are no racks or shelves so the bathroom was awkward. Hooks near the entrance would be really useful. Breakfast here is incredible with fabulous service. Bar drinks are pricey and came with attitude. Overall it’s beautiful but getting to and from ski hills is a bit of an ordeal. Be prepared to walk…. "

No air conditioning, which is unacceptable for a property this expensive and they promote that it has - required sleeping with the windows open and since the hotel is on a busy street this meant sleeping was terrible. "The staff were helpful and kind (shout-out to Leonardo). The breakfast was good, but it ended at 9:30 which was at times early for us. The hotel is in a beautiful old building and must require a lot of maintenance as a few things like the balcony windows needed repairs. It was nice to have an onsite bar with a few food options. The hotel is near a paved bike path and there is a bike storage room. We hiked to a fantastic waterfall from the hotel as suggested by a staff member. We liked that...
