"At check-in we asked about the beach and pool. They said since we booked through Hotels.com (Expedia), both had daily surcharges. "Hotel is in very poor condition, large hotels next door are closes, area is very very run down, beach is very dirty, sea wall is falling down, TV did not work, furniture in room was broken and very cheap, Some areas of Italy's coast are very run down this is one of them. The entire area is on the decline and is dying. This Hotel is not as a good choice."
