"At check-in we asked about the beach and pool. They said since we booked through Hotels.com (Expedia), both had daily surcharges. I showed them the listing on Hotels.com, which had no surcharges listed, except for dinner. They insisted that beach and pool cost extra. "Reception team wasn’t helpful. Poor breakfast choices. Pool was nice and clean. Air conditioner has very strong perfume in the rooms. No security and main entrance of the hotel is always open and anyone can come in park their car and go to the pool or anywhere else. Not safe "
