"Always nice"

"I don’t typically write reviews, but Bernini Palace truly deserves one. Everything was exceptional from the moment I walked in. The staff made me feel so welcome, personally escorted me to my room, and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. My room was extremely clean and comfortable, and breakfast was amazing. The service and attention to detail made the experience worth every penny. Everything about my stay was excellent, and I highly recommend Bernini Palace to anyone visiting Florence!"

"Fantastic hotel right in the heart of all to do in Florence. Make sure to ask the concierge to help you with reservations at Buca Mario. Incredible food and service. Ciao!"

"Space was small and the air con is central. We did not have control of the air con and had to call the reception each time we needed to alter the temperature."

I would absolutely stay here again and again without hesitation. One of the best...

One thing I would like to inform everyone about is that there are two movie channels that have American movies, which I watched overdubbed in Italian. It wasn’t until night 3 or 4 when I discovered that there was...

The staff was fun and amazing giving good advice where to dine at traditional restaurants that is walking distance. The best part is the upstairs indoor outdoor breakfast area with good selection of pastry, eggs, bacon etc even fresh honeycomb honey u can spoon it right out. In the evening outdoor terrace serves drinks and cocktail overlooking the city of Florence for a...
