We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and called taxis for us when needed. The hotel is in a great central location, making it easy to get around on foot. Superb stay at gorgeous historic hotel in Florence! Interior decor is fabulous, bed extremely comfortable, interesting modern art throughout the hotel.
