We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and called taxis for us when needed. The hotel is in a great central location, making it easy to get around on foot. Incredible location in the heart of Florence! The room is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. The restaurant on the roof is excellent and our waiter gave us great recommendations for what to do in Florence. The breakfast in the morning is superb and was a great way to start the day. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor but minor issue who cares! Love this hotel!

Hotel was absolutely lovely. Very clean, comfortable beds, and nice bathroom. Water took a while to get warm in the shower, and the lighting was a little dark for doing makeup, but otherwise no complaints of the facility. The streets below can be a little noisy at night, at least until past midnight, so if that is bothersome bring ear plugs. Very close to many attractions and shops. Would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and its was wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The location is amazing, it is SO central to everything from the train station to the Ponte Vecchio bridge. The hotel was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the east building which is a separate building from the main building, it’s literally right next door to the main building, but it was fine because they actually upgraded our room. I would definitely stay here again.
