Our stay at Oxygen Jungle Villas was amazing! The property is very well taken care of. The rooms were beyond comfortable. We even saw a sloth on the property! The only thing that I would say is that anyone staying on the property must have a vehicle with 4x4 and the hotel should definitely disclose that at the moment or prior to booking. We loved staying here. it was a romantic, pampered experience. Manager Scott made us feel very welcome and the wonderful staff were warm and helpful and friendly. The view and the pool and the surroundings are simply heavenly. The private room was very clean and just big enough to stretch out. The air conditioning was very strong. Nikki, the receptionist on duty during our stay, was a wonderful help to us and devoted some of her own time helping us plan our time in Jaco. The pool is lovely, and the hostel owners make a wonderful Gallo Pinto for breakfast every morning.

Tico Tico was the ideal place for our two-week stay while we attended Spanish School in Quepos. We stayed in villa #12 which was exactly as shown in the photos. Tambor Tropical is an exceptionally well cared for property. We were well taken care of by very friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is a great place for a quiet and peaceful getaway. This isn't a comment towards the hotel, but we felt important for visitors to know that the beach isn't a great swimming beach. It is great for sunrises, long walks, and not sharing it with many other people.
