"It was horrible rainy, misty and cold. The room was cold and even through the owner brought us an extra heater & a lovely cup of tea, it never got above 17 degrees. Small room with basic facilities. Narrow stairs & struggle to get bags up to room. Restaurant nice but steak I had was tough."

"No hot water for bathing and no hot water kettle. There is a simple coffee maker so remember to bring your coffee powder and paper filters. Otherwise appartement is completely furnished. Attention, we didn’t have hot water to bath in the evening so remember to verify with the reception before you enter appartement. "The hotel was nice, however a fridge in the room would have been nice 😊 Also the directions given for the parking were terrible, the addres/name given to enter into GPS only took you to the exit of the parking garage. "

"The room smelt of bad drains. In fact the whole corridor smelt awful as we were walking to the room. We were so tired from the journey we put up with it and mentioned it at reception when paying. It was met with a shrug of the shoulders, as if it wasn't their problem. Nothing was deducted from the bill, so we paid alot for a really poor experience and shan't be returning. "I'd booked to arrive Sunday evening, looking forward to eating in the restaurant after a long drive. But got a message on the way saying restaurant was closed and key would be left at reception for self check in. Local restaurant recommendations were indicated and we ate in la Croix de fer, which was fabulous! But i didn't want to get in the car again after arriving at the hotel. Breakfast buffet good. "
