". The front desk staff could be friendlier and more helpful when resolving reservation issues. I made two bookings due to a lack of availability, and when I arrived, I was told I had three; though my app still only shows two. I proceeded with check-in, but the agent checked me in for all available bookings assuming I needed one room per reservation, and charged me accordingly. He then realized his mistake, voided the charges, and redid the check-in correctly. It’s been almost a week and I still haven’t received the $1,300 refund from that error. I always approach hotel staff with a friendly attitude, but the team here was notably standoffish throughout the process. The billing issue needs to be resolved urgently, and a warmer, more attentive attitude overall would go a long way"
