Chosen for in room jacuzzi- great!!! Only 2 pillows, wifi kept kicking us out, Sunday so most things in area were closed.. old creaky elevator Front desk young man for check in was extremely polite and efficient, and when I had to call with questions he answered right away.

Comfort and cleanliness was okay. Breakfast was okay but eggs, potatoes and sausage were not enough warm and not tasty. Would have liked to have waffles and yougourt. .

Don't let the first appearance fool you. This hotel is a very clean and nice property with great staff. Everything was clean and tidy and breakfast options were also great.

This is a great hotel...clean, staff was so friendly and pleasant, it's close to Parliament . We came to the area to observe and take part in the National Police Memorial. Thank you for making our stay fantastic.

This hotel is small but very clean, quiet and convenient. I was on the top floor and the wifi wasn't great by any means and the shower pressure could have been stronger but these things are quite minor and certainly not a deal breaker. The free breakfast is quite good. I will certainly book here again.

Nice place for your visit to Ottawa

Super located. Drive to Ottawa only 10-15min (parking at City Hall - 2CAD per day at weekends). Really nice restaurants nearby. Safe neighbourhood. Rooms were nice and calm. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Parking was free and convenient.
