"Exceptionally clean hotel with courteous staff"

"Service was worse than expected for a hotel of a calibre like Four Seasons. 1. Upon checking in and finishing dinner, we were told someone would show us to our rooms because the hotel was quite large. However, we were ignored and left to our own devices and had to find our way to the rooms. 2. For one of the rooms that we booked (out of 3), we were given a room that was clearly a downgrade from the two others and also a disability accessible room. When first approaching the reception, they...

"Absolutely lovely! Safae was excellent and made our evening better!"

"Well i had trouble with a booking and expedia never was able to get a hold of someone so finally expedia stepped in and helped me, they overcharged me on a reservation that was already prepaid, the beds are hard as a brick other then that it was so so of a stay, only good thing is location"

"At this price point, it's disappointing that you have to pay extra to have decent wifi. At the Spanish restaurant, the food is good, but at Dinner service, it gets busier, and the staff and kitchen struggle to handle it. During off-peak hours, it works fine. The room service food was a bit disappointing for the price, and I would expect the dishes to bring the same ingredients as described on the menu. Overall, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very polite and helpful."

"We have nothing but the best things to say about our stay. Location was perfect…right in the Medina but absolutely silent at night for the best nights sleep we had on our trip. The staff at the hotel was so wonderful and the in-house breakfast was delicious and made with such care. Every recommendation made by staff was top tier, and our room was gorgeous. Don’t hesitate to choose to spend your trip to Rabat at this 5-star accommodation."

"Simpatia, disponibilità"

"It was nice"
