Room was nice as were the front desk staff and room device staff.

"Wassim provided the best customer service! He spoke excellent English and helped us with everything from breakfast, tips about the city, nightlife, and trains to getting around. He was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, the room was great, and the staff were efficient, respectful, and always smiling. Overall, an amazing stay with the best customer service thanks to Wassim and the team at Flower Town Hotel & Spa!"
