It was truly an amazing experience staying at Hotel Heritage House. The staff and the owner were extremely hospitable. The hotel serves great food. The cleanliness is truly top class. The hotel is built in old signature Jaisalmer haveli style but is a new property. So, there is an old world charm and yet the facility is so contemporary. The best part is that the hotel is flexible in accomodating your requests for breakfasts, should you feel bored with menu. Breakfast is included in the tariff....

Fantastic staff and beautiful location and property. Mehul helped us at every turn, this was by far my best hotel experiene ever. The property is gorgeous and rooms are amazing. The breakfast buffet is one of the best with the best views. I will 100% return to this property in the future!

Property os very good & lavish, staff were very responsive, room was clean & comfortable (bed + shower), jacuzzi in room works well, i am a vegan, felt there should have been more options for vegans as part of buffet breakfast, pool is cold

Beautiful historic and unique property for the adventurous traveler. The haveli is family run and the warmth and care of the staff is exceptional. Rooftop dining and traditional puppet show are one of a kind experience, and the food is among the best we had in India. Dhan Singh and colleagues took excellent care of us, even walking our bags to the main road at 430 am for the trip to the airport.

This is the best property to stay at Udaipur. It is located within walking distance to major landmarks, absolutely charming haveli, clean, well maintained, calm and peaceful. The staff is very helpful, hot breakfast to begin the day and classical live music to begin the day. Will stay here again during next visit.
