"It’s a lovely palace but the bathroom toilet was not working properly. The first night we woke up to a pool of cold water. The hot water was minimal. You had to rush showering before the water went on the colder side. The bathroom was not well kept. We had requested a heater as the room was very cold. The area the hotel is in is dreadful. "

"This hotel is amazing! Definitely will book again. The room we booked had a lake view to the Jawa Mahal and it is so beautiful and magical! We also enjoyed the pool and the breakfast, the service is outstanding and the food is excellent. We also booked the Ayurvedic massage and it was excellent! It is an amazing hotel."

"Excellent property and excellent service! Super luxurious and amazing breakfast service. The pool is nice but you can hear the noise of the streets. Definitely will book again on my next stay in Jaipur when I go to work. The location is very convenient in Mansarovar and near the airport."
