"I booked this hotel on a whim after reading the reviews and wanting to pamper myself on my vacation to India. I was traveling there with another friend of mine. The Manager Mr. Randheesh and Ms. Renju graciously greeted us and helped make tour arrangements as well. The chef and other staff kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. "Best place i stayed in India. Staff were excellent, professional but not over attentive, nothing was too much trouble but they didn't keep interrupting and asking if all was ok every 2 minutes. It was personal service, they didn't keep sending messages to ask for reviews every two minutes, the room had actual light switches instead of having to control all through a tablet. I am definitely going back next trip. Loved it!"
