Beautiful resort, lovely lodge, pristine bay. The only downsides were the very poor wifi signal in our two treehouse rooms, and the unpleasant - verging on surly - attitude of our receptionist, Haydee. She had a disinterested approach to our request to understand why the wifi didn't work, and then treated us like we were just a bother to her when we explained that our request had gone hours unaddressed. Staff were 5 star. The location is perfect for jaunts around the city and central to activities nearby. Very clean and tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the art lavishly displayed throughout the rooms and hallways. Top notch place!
