"We stayed in this hotels so called delox room with soundproof which I think it should renamed to cage in which one cannot dream of sleeping. One hear sound of others guest in next room. Beakfast was terrible. Staff are fine and polite but they are overloaded with work. Nothing is organised in this hotel. To check-in we arrived at 15.30 but room was not ready and we witnessed cleaning lady cleaning room which was not acceptable specially during the pendamic. Although we had booked room for 2...

"Otelin fotoğraflarına aldanarak gittik. Havuz çok pisti dibinde yosunlar vardı.Havuza inen merdivenler de çok pisti. Biz 311 numaralı odada kaldık. Odada minibar, saç kurutma makinesi, el havlusu ayak havlusu yoktu. 2 adet banyo havlusu koymuşlar ama çok eskiydi ikisi de. Klima vardı , çalışıyordu. Sıcak suyu vardı. Genel olarak otel temiz değildi. Rutubet kokuyordu ve bakımsızdı. Biz memnun kalmadık. "

"We stayed one night at the Grand 464 Otel. Everything was perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer. The room was spotlessly clean with a small kitchen space and seating area. The bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower. We were welcomed with Turkish tea on arrival. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Yasmin helped us to book a trip to Batumi for the next day. The breakfast was superb, lots of choice. Thank you for a lovely stay."
