"Stay here regularly due to walking distance to Renfro Valley New Barn for concerts. Most recent stay was disappointing, mini fridge did not work, rooms are getting tired, marks on wall, hot in hallways. Funky odor around first floor ice and vending, 2nd floor had no working vending and no ice machine. Breakfast is all prepackaged microwave, toaster, minimal healthy choices. The staff is always friendly and helpful but facility does not meet expectations for Baymont."

"We requested 2 non-smoking rooms and when we entered the rooms they gave us, they smelled like 100 people had been in there smoking for 100 days. After only being in the room for a couple of minutes, my wife and her sister, who are highly allergic to cigarette smoke, were having troubled breathing. The reviews and the rating on the hotel were misleading. We wound up leaving and requesting a refund."

"DON’T PASS THIS ONE UP!!! If you need a break and wanna get away from it all for a few days, this is your place. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. All top-of-the-line appliances. The shower was amazing. We came down from Cincinnati to see a show in RenfroValley and booked it for 4 nights but we liked it so much we stayed two more nights.
