The day of check in, they did not get access to their room until 9PM. They were given a hospitality room with a sink and shower and forced to shower and change. "5 star potential but not there just yet! The resort is beautiful and with some attention to detail could be even better. The room we were assigned was gorgeous but no cleaning service unless we called to request. There was a coffee shop on site but hours of operation TBD. Once we inquired they made sure that Davina was there each day with a smile making great coffee. "Nestled into a quiet part of the country and good views of the sea. Room was nice and spacious, albeit a bit antiquated. Limited dining options next to the hotel so plan ahead. Kitchen requires you to plan a bit ahead for dinner, especially if its going to be late. I drove to the place so it was OK to get to and from the hotel but I can imagine would be difficult witha taxi. Staff was nice and accomodating."
