"As a Hospitality Operator at a Forbes Five-Star hotel, I notice the details—and this property exceeded my expectations. When we had a reservation issue, the General Manager and front desk team delivered outstanding guest recovery that immediately set the tone. Chef Kadian deserves a standing ovation. Every breakfast was authentic, fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable. It didn’t just meet expectations—it exceeded them. Demar, our server, made every meal even better with his warm, genuine hospitality. A special thank you to our housekeeper (I wish I remembered her name) for maintaining our room to impeccable, Forbes-level cleanliness, and to the bar-back for his friendly service and positive attitude. As members of the Jamaican diaspora, this stay felt like coming home. The warmth, professionalism, and authenticity of the entire team made our trip truly memorable. "This is my second stay at the ROK in Kingston, Jamaica. The property was clean and well maintained and the staff very helpful. Service and food at the restaurant was excellent. The AC in the room was a bit too low/cold but could not be adjusted. Overall stay was very comfortable."
