"What a gem. While the property could use some updating the staff and location more than make up for it. We had an issue with the air conditioning on the first night. Not only was the issue addressed immediately but we were treated to an upgraded room. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. "

"Very nice hotel. We stayed in a double room overnight during a long layover and it was quite comfortable. The bed was very large which is a plus, however I wish there was a second blanket or comforter since the one on the bed was a little thin. The room itself was very clean and we were provided with two complimentary water bottles. The bathroom was also very clean, had hot water and strong water pressure. I'd love to stay here again if I had a long layover had Haneda Airport!"
