"The location is excellent, and the hotel room is very clean and comfortable, although a bit small. The bathroom amenities are also of good quality. There are washers and dryers on several floors, as well as water and ice machines on every floor, which is very convenient."

"This hotel is for international travelers, mostly couples, but there were families. Fantastic buffet in Glass Court restaurant for breakfast, had Japanese and western food. Excellent shops in hotel for clothing, gifts and souvenirs. Hotel is excellently located in Shinjuku. Taxis wait outside. Walkable to subway and Keio Dept Store and lots of restaurants and Chou Park. Staff speak English and are very accommodating, helpful and pleasant. The room was quiet with fantastic bath room. We were there for 8 nights in late Sept. I would highly recommend this hotel! It’s a 4 star hotel with 5 star service and amenities."

"Checkin was such an easy process with a self guided screen that you could choose your language. Although there was a lovely woman there helping guide you as well. They had lovely amenities to choose from. The bed was a little on the harder side… but still slept great. The pillows were perfect. It was a small room but had everything I needed. And the limousine bus service from Narita airport (which only cost $24!) drops off right at the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again! Breakfast is a fascinating affair as well! I would definitely recommend booking with the breakfast option!"
