"Beautiful hotel in the bustling streets of Shinjuku. Lovely staff, clean and close to all the trains, bars and restaurants. The rooftop bar put the icing on the cake."

"This was our first time staying at this Remm in Roppongi. We stayed at the one in Akihabara back in 2023 which was why we decided to try this location. It has many food options and convenience stores around. The entrance to the station is about a minute walk, just around the corner. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The washer/dryer availability was good during the day. There was one night during our stay where there was a power outage for about an hour in the middle of the night. We thought that was weird that there was no backup generator but it was okay and the announcements in English were helpful."

"I stayed here in Tokyo for two weeks and just back to USA yesterday, the things I love about this hotel was the included toiletries in the bathroom so you don’t need to bring anything except for shaving cream, the room was and property was very spacious and convenient, with a family mart across the street and enough restaurants around there is ample things to choose from which makes this location great. Will stay here again if I return to Tokyo"

"I had a great few nights stay at the Washington Shinjuku hotel. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were very helpful. The room itself was very small, which was not a problem, however a couple of hangers on a rail or a couple of shelves to arrange some clothes would be beneficial. Shower pressure was excellent. For a solo traveller with minimal luggage, the single room is ideal and I would recommend, but for a couple it would be quite tight. ****"

"Repeated stay i here. I normally try to book a room here if i am in Tokyo for more than a night. Staff were friendly and helpful as usual. Rooms are what i expected, small but functional. The public bath was also good, but my usual comment of it closing at midnight is a little early. You can leave you luggage at the hotel before checking in and after checking out. I will come back again."
