"My family (2A 2C) booked this hotel for our first time and are very happy and satisfied with our 8days in Tokyo. Comfortable and around a 5-7 mins walk from Ikebukoro JR station from west exit. Alot of eateries and familymart/7-11 around to get items. Front desk staffs are helpful and friendly! However, do note that they do not change bedsheets on a daily basis or make your bedsheet, they do this on every 3days. Towels can be requested to replace on a daily basis. What we like about this...

"Overall good. Clean, comfortable beds. Problems: 1) Very difficult to find the hotel as it is deep inside a residential area, especially if you are new to the place. 2) Bathroom and outside family room do not have enough space for clothes 3) Property managers were inflexible. We wanted to checkout a bit later as our flight was in the evening. They said that they will charge for every 30 mins - though we had paid very high price for 6 nights. "

"The property is beautiful and clean. It is on a quiet street and the balcony was nice to enjoy the fresh air. However, the functionality of the room was not good. The rails on the lower bunks make getting in and out of bed awkward and they do not allow you to sit on the edge of the bed. The only seating in the room are floor cushions.
