"Best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Freshly made tofu in house, fresh eggs for TKG and 12 different soy sauce types to try, fresh hot food, freshly made gnocchi in a large parmesan block. Very new and clean. Public bath on top floor was very clean and comfortable with an outdoor bath option. Rooms very well organized even if it is small, and bathroom is bigger than the standard unit baths in hotels in japan. The price for the you get is unbelievable value. Highly recommended!"

"The room is very clean. Staffs can speak English and explains everything upon check in. They show you how to use the elevators and where the other amenities are that you can grab for free as much as you like. The location is 3 minute walk from the South Gate of the station and so many restaurants around. There are also Lawson, mini-stop and other conbini stores just less than a minute walk outside. There’s a cafe and Indian restaurant at the first floor/lobby. The building is next to firefighters HQ but never heard any loud sirens at night while there. It’s relatively quiet and peaceful."

"Room was spacious. Love the residential home where I can cook and use the microwave. Also the washing machine was a life saver. Highly recommend and location is easy to navigate. The only down side is that house cleaning cost money. Should be included but I see why for ‘residential’ purpose. "

"The hotel is 3 minutes away from the ikebukuro west station. It is easy to locate with the big sign that lights up in night. The staff are sweet and nice. You can check your suitcases and items there before your actual check in time of 3PM. They provide you with a key for your items that you provide to them. The room itself was huge and had a big bed. It was super comfortable and nice. You cannot hear anyone in your room. The breakfast was really delicious with lots of different types of meals to chose from. "

"This was rated as a 3-star hotel in Japan. However, it would be a 5-star property in the USA. I have traveled all over the world, and this is one of the finest hotels I have ever visited. Exceptionally well managed, with a wonderful staff, I will definitely be back!"

"Next to the train station so it's really convenient to move around. Lots of dining/shopping options within the area. Hotel is very nice and a offers a delicious Japanese style breakfast. Would definitely recommend and will consider staying at this hotel. Staff are really nice and accomodating."
