"Loved our stay the staff were very accommodating and the room worked well for our family. Recommend for families getting the adjoining rooms as this gave us the space we needed and washing machine/ dryer was so helpful for our family. "

"If you want to be in the heart of the intense Shinjuku action, this hotel is the nicest and cleanest one by far. It appears to be recently built - it almost looks out of place in the neighborhood it’s so new. The staff were very polite and accommodating and the rates were reasonable. Shinjuku can be extremely busy with nightlife activities so take that into consideration when staying in these areas."
