"Reservation was for a non smoking room and the one they gave was a smoking one. Fortunately the staff managed to provide a non smoking room, after a short wait. After that, all good, nice breakfast and convenient for the Yamanote line and Mita metro line."

"It’s a huge hotel and most rooms are occupied during peak travel times, therefore you have to time when you leave the hotel or you’ll be waiting on an elevator forever. Other than that, the room was clean and TV included streaming apps. The one flaw with the bathroom was the tub. The walls are so high I banged my leg up badly. But that’s nothing some alcohol couldn’t fix. Great location to Golden Gai and Memory Lane plus good eateries, adult clubs, and just a general good time! Don’t believe the hype Shinjuku (Kabukicho) was a great stay and very safe."

"The staff was excellent, the language problem was there, but we circumvented it by using Google Translate. Although, the property was dated. The shuttle was always prompt, although the was last bus was 6:00 pm, which was a bummer."

"We stayed here only a single night and chose the location based on its proximity to Sunshine City, a great place for shopping and dining in Ikebukuro. The staff were helpful, and there was a dedicated counter for shipping luggage to your next hotel."
