"Our family of 7 enjoyed this home; it had plenty of room for all of us and having two separate toilets was appreciated! It was very close to Okubo station, which made it easy to travel around Tokyo. There were also many restaurants nearby and of course the 7-11 was our daily stop for drinks and snacks! "

"We had excellent stay at Nyoze house. The house was very nice and clean , has all good facilities like internet, TV (Netflix and prime), good kitchen and bathrooms. The house is good to have a relaxed day with your family. The groceries are nearby (walkabble 500 mts) and Nubia (the host) is an excellent host. "Apartment is behind a bathroom, same building. Good thing is there is lots of space compared to other Japanese apartments. Furnishing are sparse, and apartment could be decorated better. Location is nice area, village with lots of small shop’s restaurants and local people. If owners had turned in AC before we arrived that would have helped our first impression, since when we arrived the apartment was super hot, and took hours to become comfortable."

"This house was excellent. Very roomy, very clean and hosts warm and friendly. We enjoyed our stay in Toshimaen and it was quite close to our family in Hikarigaoka. I would have appreciated an iron that worked efficiently but the house was very well stocked with essentials."

"First, the location was excellent for visiting Tokyo. Lots of good places to eat in the area and easy walking distance to 2 different subway stops. The owners were good to deal with. A toilet was leaking when we arrived and they came over and fixed it right away. A problem with the tv remote occurred over the weekend so it couldn't be immediately addressed but communication with them about the issue was good. The property is an older apartment which shows some wear and tear and is not laid out...

Alot of eateries and familymart/7-11 around to get items. Front desk staffs are helpful and friendly!
