"Initially we started little issues for room type booked. After hotels.com helped it was resolved. There many positive things. Location is very handy to the station, family mart and 7-11. Rooms where of decent size compared to Japan standard. Initially it might shock but it was ok as u just sleep in. Washing Machine was very useful. Breakfast was decent although very less for vegetarians. No breads given just couple of pastry items. Night dress and amenities given was definitely great memories for kids. Staffs are friendly they make a real effort to help u. Kind of ok English though as long as u have issues. Overall we enjoyed the stay"

"The layout of the rooms were definitely on the smaller side, but the bed was comfortable and spacious! The bathroom was very nice. The AC worked wonderfully!! we really enjoyed the area. Super convenient to be so close to the train station! Would definitely stay there again! "
