"Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

"We had a wonderful & comfortable stay. Great location and the host was very attentive. The neighborhood streets are narrow and sometimes difficult for Uber/taxis to get to the unit however a short walk to a main street is all thats needed to get on your way."

"We recently stayed a few nights while we explored Tokyo as a family. The home is located a bit away from Tokyo station, but it is pretty close to skytree and Asakusa. It’s located in an a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The checkin process was very precise and instructions were helpful in finding the home. Very clean, has everything we needed. WiFi easy to use. We would definitely recommend, and we’d stay here again. "

"Everything is as described in the listing, although we had some communication issues at the beginning. Guests who stayed there before us have not checked out when we arrived, got very confused since the owner cannot be contacted via different channels, had to involve Vrbo support. Was told to use the bedroom on 3rd floor, which is nothing like the pictures in the listing. Got in touch with owner later on and everything got straightened out."
