"The room was very small. The bathroom was extremely tiny with very little room to do anything. We arrived at 1:45 pm and were told that check-in time was 3:00 pm. We requested if we can get a room early if available. We were informed that it would be 2000 yen per hour and since we arrived at 15 minutes before the hour it would be 4000 yens total. Obviously we declined. The point is room was available but we had to pay extra. Did not appreciate this kind of treatment from a luxury hotel....

"Clean room and staff are helpful."

"Breakfast was sub par. Not worth the price and short hours. Property needs an update. Smallest room I’ve ever been in. You either stand or sit on bed. Property doesn’t have any common space or area to sit and relax as rooms are tiny. Shower was size of old phone booth."

"Room was cozy"

"Room is too small to open 2 luggages. Bed is not comfortable enough."
