"Very handy location, near Shibuya station so perfect for getting round Tokyo with ease. Accessing the place proved tricky, the instructions for the lock to access the key wasn’t very clear and took about 20-30 mins for us to get in. Apart from that the amenities etc all worked perfectly and there wasn’t any other issues. Would recommend if you’re looking for a decent place to stay in central Tokyo!"
