"Gorgeous business hotel. Lobby floor is beautiful, morning buffet was fantastic. Room looks typical Japanese studio apartment. I like pajama amenity which we don’t need to bring own pajama. Also, we can enjoy Onsen spas. Staff service is good. But not impressed, maybe I expect too much for Japanese service."

"Stayed at the annex which is a separate building from the main hotel, so there's no front desk/staff there or dining space/microwave. We used our room card to get into the building (locked at all times for security) and there's also an amenities corner. Annex had only 4 rooms on our floor, all presumably corner rooms. Staff was professional and helpful. We were able to use their luggage scale and also store our luggage after checkout. Hotel is only a short walk from a 7-eleven, Suitengumae...
