"First, this was our first time to Salzburg, and we really loved the city. After the first night I was ready to rate this really low due to the fact that a remodeling project was underway right next door, and the noise was terrible. Amazing staff. Luxurious hotel. Free parking. Spacious room with a nice view of lake Fuschl (Grand Deluxe Room) if you can afford an upgrade definitely go with it. Spa facilities are a must try, they have an indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, steam room, as well as massage therapy. Dining is expensive as expected in such places. In short it was a great experience to stay in this castle if you have the opportunity to spend a couple of days here don't miss it.

We as a family of 4 were perfectly satisfied and enjoyed our stay. Perfect location away from the madness of Salzburg proper. Check in was a breeze. Check out was a breeze. Just follow the instructions. The only issue was parking. No real info so I figured it out myself. Around the corner is a garage. €10 per day, but if you to the garage office you can get a discount for multiple days. We would definitely stay here again

Located on a square, directly opposite Mozart's house, this graceful and gracious hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. It is within sight of the pedestrian bridge (the "locks bridge") across the river to the old town center. Our junior suite was large and well decorated, with a wonderfully spacious bath. Mirror everywhere. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is a feast and included with the room. Irresistible pastries, abundant and delicious cheeses, slices of ham, prosciutto, turkey...
