"The location on Mirabellplatz was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations and directions. The bed was nice and firm, and the hotel was fairly well soundproofed. The hotel breakfast seemed very overpriced to us, especially since there were good, reasonably priced options nearby. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, we would recommend the hotel, and we would stay there again if we were ever back in Salzburg."

"Overall, our stay was great and we would return if we get back to visit our son again who is studying in Salzburg. Our accommodations were clean and comfortable in the annex building. The staff was quite friendly and helpful which was a pleasant and unexpected introduction to Austria (many Americans had warned us about the brusqueness of Austrians and Germans). Breakfast was delicious and unhurried and even included a bit of dessert! ( I allowed myself because after all it was my VACATION:-) ) The location was convenient to many sights, near restaurants, yet was quiet and relaxed. We had air conditioning but would have preferred if it could have run a little bit cooler. We were slightly warm while sleeping at night. It wasn’t the end of the world but we didn’t get to try the pool since it was closed for maintenance the morning we tried to visit it. Also we had a voucher for the bar but didn’t get to fully benefit from it since there was no bartender the evening we stopped in. We were still able to order beer and wine, but couldn’t get the cocktails we had hoped to."

"This hotel is wonderful! Newly renovated, the deco and amenities and everything are superb, feels luxurious, tastefully designed and decorated. Very clean, wonderful breakfast, super quiet with double layered windows. Excellent location, close to bus stations, very close to Maribell Palace. Strongly recommended for visiting Salzburg!"

"A 4 day stay in Salzburg. The property management team gets a gold start here. Lots of coffee pods, an ice tray, umbrellas at the door for lend, and cookies! The place was very clean and well equipped. I would definitely recommend!"
