Hotel IMLAUER & Bräu

"Location was perfect for me. 7 minutes walk from the train station, and maybe 15-20 minutes walk to the old town /altstadt/ very historic center., This hotel is very clean. Very safe and very light in the corridors. Wi-Fi was fast and non-problematic. Ac was wonderful and keep the right temperature. My room was the cheapest one and it was for one person overlooking railroad tracks. And the sound insulation is just amazing. I would highly recommend it. They certainly tried to upsell breakfast for €25 per person, but it's up to you. The restaurant itself at the hotel is very nice and for dinner and the prices are quite average for Salzburg. I would highly recommend stay here"

"The location was fantastic—quiet, charming, and close to local transportation and cafes. The unit was clean but felt kind of small for 4 people initially. However, it was perfect for a one night stay. Was very clean,, the breakfast was great and staff was very helpful. Private parking is available but limited space is available. Free off street parking was available nearby"

"This hotel is amazing. It’s the best 5 star we have stayed at. The hotel staff are so welcoming and always there to help you. The views are just incredible, we booked a panoramic room and it was definitely worth it. The pools are lovely and the restaurants excellent. The breakfast has everything you could possibly want! Everything is excellent quality and is a lot more reasonably priced than a five star in the UK."

"Every staff member we met at the front desk were friendly, helpful and for our benefit spoke English comfortably. Rooms are compact and that's was with an upgrade from our original booking but it seems to be a norm in Europe. Pretty reasonable walking distance to the 'old town'. We would consider staying here again."

"This hotel is a little gem. Tucked away in a fantastic location, I couldn’t have asked for any more! I came to Salzburg as a solo traveller and felt completely safe and welcomed here. There is so much to see and do and the hotel is perfectly located. Would highly recommend."

"Very clean property very basicl location great breakfast buffet loved staff Laundry bit of a walk rooms very clean loved the linens One front desk enployee VERY RUDE she was talking to someone with me. Standing there. The woman then left I stood at the desk 5 minutes or so to ask a question. She was at the computer the whole time and flatly. Ignored me. Until I asked the the question then she finally looked up. Happened twice Overall, a very nice hotel. Would highly recommended."
