"It was not at the standard of 4 star hotel. In the non smoking room,there was the terrible smell of smoking . many of the facilities of broken and useless. Shower head missed, Hair dryer broken. The walls were dirty and full of stains. We decreased our stay from2 days to one day and I'm expected to return back my money."

"We’re the first guests to stay in this nice new Appartment. Very clean and comfortable. Furniture color matches the decor nicely. Missing amenities brought quickly by staff. Nice and helpful receptionists. Enjoyed the stay very much and would definitely use them again. "

"The hotel is located near the medan, shopping market, restaurants and cafés, park and sea... All at walking distance which made it perfect... The rooms are comfortable.... Clean and spacious for 2 to 3 visitors....however..we didn't have enough blankets for everyone... We asked them to provide us with a couple and they said they don't have any... Breakfast is not much and almost the same everyday..."
